📦 Order Processing Schedule

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are shipped the next business day

  • All items are packed in tamper-proof, freshness-sealed packaging

🛍 Nationwide Shipping Coverage & Delivery Time

Delivery Timeframes by Region:

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

  • Luzon (outside Metro): 2–5 business days

  • Visayas: 3–6 business days

  • Mindanao: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / Provincial areas: 5–10 business days

🛵 Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila & Select GMA Areas)

We offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila and nearby GMA zones for orders placed between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

How to use same-day delivery:

  1. Place your order at www.zoost.ph

  2. Select “Same-Day Delivery (Customer Booking)” at checkout

  3. Book your own rider using any courier above

  4. Text the following to 0920 988 1288:

    • Your Zoost Checkout Code

    • Rider’s Name & Plate Number

    • Courier name used
      (Example: #Z02486 – Angkas – Juan Dela Cruz – ABC1234)

  5. If your order is Cash on Delivery, the rider must collect full payment upon pickup. Zoost will not handle any separate cash transactions.

Same-day delivery is available in:
Metro Manila, Cainta, Antipolo, San Mateo, Taytay, Bacoor, Taguig, Pasig, and parts of Cavite and Rizal.

💵 Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for a maximum of 3 items per order

  • All COD orders are confirmed via SMS before shipping

  • No COD allowed for bulk or wholesale orders

  • For same-day deliveries via Grab/Lalamove/Angkas/MoveIt/Tris, the rider must collect COD payment

🎁 Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Prepaid Orders (non-COD):
    Free shipping nationwide on orders ₱1,999 and up

  • Orders below ₱1,999:
    Standard courier fees apply, shown at checkout

  • Same-Day Delivery:
    Customer pays rider directly via their chosen app

🔁 Return & Replacement Summary

  • Returns accepted only for sealed items that are:
    Damaged, incorrect, or defective

  • Required: Unboxing video
    Must show box unopened, shipping label visible, and item condition
    Send video to hello@zoost.ph within 3 days of receiving the order

  • Once approved:
    ✅ We can send a replacement
    ✅ Or issue store credit
    ✅ Refunds are rare but may be processed within 7–14 business days

  • COD refunds are not allowed once the order is opened and accepted
