  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are shipped the next business day

We offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila and nearby GMA zones for orders placed between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

How to use same-day delivery:

  1. Place your order at www.zoost.ph

  2. Select β€œSame-Day Delivery (Customer Booking)” at checkout

  3. Book your own rider using any courier above

  4. Text the following to 0920 988 1288:

    • Your Zoost Checkout Code

    • Rider’s Name & Plate Number

    • Courier name used
      (Example: #Z02486 – Angkas – Juan Dela Cruz – ABC1234)

  5. If your order is Cash on Delivery, the rider must collect full payment upon pickup. Zoost will not handle any separate cash transactions.

Same-day delivery is available in:
Metro Manila, Cainta, Antipolo, San Mateo, Taytay, Bacoor, Taguig, Pasig, and parts of Cavite and Rizal.


πŸ’΅ Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for a maximum of 3 items per order

  • All COD orders are confirmed via SMS before shipping

  • No COD allowed for bulk or wholesale orders

  • For same-day deliveries via Grab/Lalamove/Angkas/MoveIt/Tris, the rider must collect COD payment

    Standard courier fees apply, shown at checkout

  • Returns accepted only for sealed items that are:
    Damaged, incorrect, or defective

  • Required: Unboxing video
    Must show box unopened, shipping label visible, and item condition

  • Once approved:

    βœ… Refunds are rare but may be processed within 7–14 business days

  • COD refunds are not allowed once the order is opened and accepted
